My Name is Noah Lamaide. I am 13 yrs old. Each year I do a community service project in the hopes of helping others in need. I have been blessed with wonderful Family & Friends. Unfortunately not everyone is so lucky. This is the reason I chose to start Noah's Dream Catcher Network. I want to help others and make a difference in the world by asking people to reach out and help each other.

(5/21/13) Today I lost one of my closest friends, Joey Miller. He died at a very young age (12) and I want to help his parents out with the funeral. Joey Miller was my best friend and I would do anything to bring him back, but I can't I figured this was the best I could do. With each donation I would also like something extra, a prayer for Joey and his family. You can donate online or by mailing checks payable to Kevin Miller to P.O. box 618 Stevens Point WI 54481. I consider this one of my most important projects because it was such a shock to his family and I. I have no specific goal except to do my part in helping the family. Thank you.

My New Project: I am in the early stages of planning my new project. Right now I am taking donations to sponsor 3 kids who can not afford dance lessons the chance to dance. Once I have enough money to buy the dance lessons for three kids in my community I will begin to ask for interested kids to write a short essay on why they want the lessons and how it will change their life for the better. I have been in contact with a dance wear company who will donate shoes and dance wear to the three kids selected. If you can help sponsor one of the three kids go to my website and make a donation. If you would like more information just send me a message. I must first be sure I can raise enough money to sponsor the kids before I can take in the essays. Once I have reached the goal of $1500.00 I will announce where to send the essays.
Thank you very much for any help you can give to kids who can't afford to dance. I think all kids need a chance and this might change three lives!! If this goes well I plan to try to offer more things like Martial Arts and Music Lessons. I have to start with one and see how it goes.

Our mission is to help improve the lives of underprivileged children in the community. We think every child should have the chance to follow a dream be it music, dance, martial arts.
We want to offer children who may not be able to afford these things the chance to have their dream come true. It may just save their life and put them on the right path to a long and procuctive life. Your donation could change the life of a child.
Past Dreams:
The food drive was s BIG success. My friends and I with the HELP of my community filled my Grandma's SUV TWICE. Once on Staurday and again one Sunday. All the food was taken to Operation Bootstrap. I was also able to collect many toys and gifts at local drop sites that were taken in as well.

Can you imagine a Holiday without food? Poverty & hunger are real problems for people in our communities. Many of you have different views and strong beliefs about helping people. Since I have been on the news I have had many talks with people about the subject. Many of you feel people should work and pay for things they need but sometimes it is the kids who suffer because we can't help the parents or things happen in life that cannot be helped. I still believe it is right to offer a hand, not a hand out. My hope is that my network will inspire kids to want more for themselves after they get that hand. When a child is in the street hungry, all they think about is getting the food. No matter the cost. If we can fill that hunger maybe a person we have helped will be more productive and have a reason to look for work or help someone else. I hope you will consider joining me this holiday and give some children a hand. My goal is to buy 150 ham/turkey to fill Holiday Baskets at our food pantry.

On October 28th I turned 13. I asked everyone I knew to do something nice in my honor. I had some really awesome replies on my Facebook Page. Please check it out. I went and gave out hats & mittens at the Salvation Army for my Birthday.

Thank you to all who donated to my Sock Drive. Please see the link below for some photos of me with the box of socks. I took a pretty good sized box to Project Fresh Clothes. I am still taking donations of NEW socks & underwear. I can take them to our shelter.
I am taking donations for NEW in the package socks & under ware for kids of all ages(toddler to teen). It is back to school time & many children do not have under garments that are clean and fit well. I'd like to be able to provide these items for children in need. I want to help someone who is very dear to me for my next dream... My Grandma has fallen on hard times and is going to loose her home. My Grandma incase you don't know her has a heart of gold. She has given so much to our community since I can remember!!! She has done Foster Care ever since I was born and has helped 100's of children who would not have had a safe place to stay in the middle of the night when their own parents were not able to care for them. Her home will go for auction on Feb 15th. Please help me save her home so the kids of Portage Cty in need still have a place to go that is safe!! I want to give her her home back for Valentine's Day!! I need to rasie $10,000 by the end of Jan to help her. Noah has had many help requests pour in since his story went on the national news. At this time he does not have the money to fund another big project. He went public with his story hoping others would follow his example and turn to each other and their communities to lend a helping hand. If you are in need Noah would like to suggest you follow his plan. Break down your goal amount, start with your friends and ask each person to donate a small amount. As you can see from his story it can work and there is hope.

I challenge each kid who comes to my site to volunteer. If you don't have money to give then give of your time. It makes you feel good to help someone. Kids put away your video games for one day a month and help someone. You will be glad you did and it will make you feel good. The project I am currently working on is to raise enough funds to send my friend Kim (10) to Disney World with her Mom. Kim's Mom has terminal cancer and her Moms wish is to take Kim to Disney World before it’s too late. Please help me make her dream come true.

Past projects I have worked on before my website was started include for my 8th Birthday I had all my friends bring a gift for Operation Bootstrap(local food pantry) instead of a gift for myself. My friends and I filled 4 carts full of food & other needed items for the food pantry.
I had a charity rummage/bake sale to rasie money for a picnic for the Veterns At King.
